I am so glad I found this website, browsing at work.
I have never like meat, esp after visiting my uncles farm when I was little. About 2 months ago I made the decision to become vegetarian. NO more meat. I do however still take in dairy but very little as I dont enjoy milk or cheese. Yes fussy eater to begin with.
I did cut eggs out but now re-introducing egg white into my eating plan as I struggle really hard to get in my protein due to exercise.
I mostly eat lots of veggies and fruit with brown rice and rye bread... Problem is I also dont enjoy Soya products so much except Fry's Chicken Strips.
Since I made the choice I feel great! Have peace within myself and feel more connected.
