You might like healthy foods that are sweet, crunchy, and/or tangy. Raw jicama and sugar snap peas are sweet and crunchy. Whole wheat pita bread is delicious dipped in hummus. Unsalted nuts are crunchy and satisfying.

The salt, fat, and sugar in junk food is probably what makes it so "addictive". There are a few ways around that. One is to buy junk food in single serve packages as an occasional treat/convenience snack, like commercial energy bars or chocolate plant milk etc. Or...broaden your variety of healthier plant foods and try new stuff.
