Hi. I make my own soy milk from soy powder. But that milk has a very strong soy smell which is not pleasant. I don't want to add sugar or vanilla because I also use for cooking. Anybody know a way to remove that flavor?

maple syrup? Theres no real way to remove flavor, you can only cover it with a different flavor my first thought was add vanilla. Fruit or tea maybe?

Well, what you're making isn't actually soy milk, which is probably why it doesn't taste like soy milk.

it would probably depend on what you're cooking. Add flavours that would go with the food you're preparing.
