I used to make pasta all the time but I got lazy. It really is easy. I did it again, not too long ago, with semolina flour. It came out really good except for the inconsistency in the way I cut it, lol. But it tasted just fine.
Ha ha ha. We used whole flour and the unrolling was epic so it looked terrible. But tasty. With the failed unrollings we made tiny pillows (like crozets) that we'll fry for another meal. I think next time we'll do only pillows. And better half wants to try with eggs.
