I used to make pasta all the time but I got lazy. It really is easy. I did it again, not too long ago, with semolina flour. It came out really good except for the inconsistency in the way I cut it, lol. But it tasted just fine. :)

Ha ha ha. We used whole flour and the unrolling was epic so it looked terrible. But tasty. With the failed unrollings we made tiny pillows (like crozets) that we'll fry for another meal. I think next time we'll do only pillows. And better half wants to try with eggs.
