can someone tell me im having a hard time with my ED thinking i am eating to many , i eat about 250-300g daily is this to many , im really low on protein too i think (20g) and having trouble finding foods to up it with?<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/worried.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":worried:">

55% would be 275g of carbs. so in general 250-300g is fine. you in general would never want to go below about 200g.
