just got some bags to start making my own, and now I have to figure out how much to make so that I won't waste it.<br><br>
My hubby's job has been transferred, so he's rarely home now....just me drinking it.

How do you make it? The pasteurized stuff you can get in cartons says to use 7-10 days after opening, so if you're going that route... Regardless, I would expect that how well sealed you keep it is a determining factor.

soak a cup of almonds overnight with 3-4 cups of water, whizzzzz in a vita and strain through a nut bag....no preservative.<br>

The recipe in Vegan Planet says almond milk will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
