I was given a latte at starbucks with milk in it not soy(which i ordered). I had to take a few sips to figure out if it was cow's milk or soy ..it has been so long since having cow's milk i wasn't sure. I finally went up and asked and the lady realized she had put milk in not soy. I tried to be polite and mentioned that some people are lactose intolerent and can get very ill if they drink milk etc. Anyway, i was wondering how long does it takes to detox after drinking a few sips of cow's milk. Also, Yesterday i accidentily ate a peanut butter cookie with egg in it too. I feel so gross!! Thanks for your answers!
