I like to juice my veggies and drink them but it's a hassle to do it everyday. Can I juice a week's worth and will they be potent by the end of the week if I do? I read somehwere that oxidation degrades the nutrients of the juice. Any juicers in here who can share their experiences?

You are meant to use the juice the same day. I find even if I leave juice overnight it is not very good the next morning anyway.

Frshly squeezed juice should be consumed asap as Larissa states.

Could you not make up a whole batch and freeze your daily portions ?
