I don't cut into the seedy part because it tends to make a mess and get seeds everywhere. Instead, I carefully cut chunks around the core until all that's left is the middle seedy core.

I cut around the stem so that it comes out with all the seeds attached, like a lid, and then cut like Snow White. That way most of the seeds come out with the core (hopefully!).

I just wash them, cut them in half, pull out the stem and seeds with my hands, and then cut the pepper into strips lengthwise.

I do this but I wash them after pulling the stem out, that way I also get any seeds that stuck to the inside.

I cut the top off as if I'm gonna make stuffed peppers, to get the core out ;-) Then I slice or dice or whatever I'm doing to the poor thing ;-)

I do this to, all you have to do is pull the stem and all the seeds come out then I turn it upside down and gently slam it down on the counter to get the remaining seeds out!

I give this technique a 5 star rating

Yep, I give them another quick rinse under the tap if I can't get all of the seeds with my fingers, which only tends to happen with peppers with lots of seeds.
