So last night I was thinking about how I have intentional slipups from time to time. I don't blatently order a hamburger or chicken nuggets, but for example I ordered potato soup at a restaurant and it a few bacon bits in it, and I still ate it
So I started to look at pictures, to get myself back into vegetarian-mode. I started to cry and I wanted to throw up. I had to stop looking at the pictures of those poor helpless animals. I saw a picture of a cow with a broken neck and I started to hate humans...how could they let those poor animals suffer??? How are these things legal??
How could you eat meat?
I know a lot of people think being veg*n is weird. "I eat meat because it tastes good!" Well how can you eat meat knowing that this is going on?
That the hamburger you're eating is cow flesh, and that cow lived a very painful life.
I find is crazy how people think WE'RE weird for NOT eating meat. When I see people eating animal flesh in the cafeteria, I feel sick, and I get disgusted with them...
Sorry, I just had to rant to someone. I don't know any other vegetarians AT ALL so it's nice to have somewhere to come to "talk" about it.
