I'm 112 and 5'5". Before anyone says anything, yes, I know I'm a healthy weight. I still think I'd look better if I were more toned, because I have a lot of excess fat, and I'm wondering if anyone follows a specific exercise program they think would be good for me. I don't get any exercise right now, but it's summer, so I'm starting! Would weight lifting be good, pilates, yoga...???
