My daughter started puberty at age seven. She was and still is very athletic (gymnast), but had a little normal "baby fat". When she started her period at age 9 (lasted three months), the Dr recommended a pediatric gyno. Yes, pediatric gyno's do exist, and the one I took my daughter to explained that she usually has to deal with heartbreaking patientsShe put my daughter on bc pills to regulate her hormones and within 6 months, my daughter lost all her baby fat. She also stopped menstrating immeadiatly (started again at age 12) and went back to being a happy go lucky kid. The only thing I could think of was all the hormones she had consumed in milk and meat caused this. I'm now convinced.![]()
