One day I saw a woman loading her grocery cart with tofu. I asked her what she was doing with it. She said she found a way to cure her hot flashes. I also tried it and within THREE DAYS my hot flashes were gone! Now I have one of these for breakfast every day, and my hot flashes have never returned.....<br><br><br><br>
To blender add:<br><br><br><br><b>3 ounces tofu</b> (any kind)<br><br><b>1 banana</b> (or any fruit)<br><br><b>1 cup orange juice</b> (or any juice)<br><br><br><br>
Blend and enjoy!<br><br><br><br>
I also like to make it with <b>tofu, chocolate soy milk and banana</b>. Yum.

Soy, in general is known to help with hot flashes for some people. My hot flashes are very mild compared to those of my friends who suffer terribly with them. I attribute that to the soy.

Yes, the phytochemicals in soy are the "magic" ingredient.<br><br><br><br>
Today I made my Hot Flash smoothie with fresh raspberries, orange juice, honey and tofu. Mmmmmmmmmm.
