Horrible's not even healthwise, it's what it looks like.
Recipe serves one or two. Ingredients aren't too specific amount wise, but give you an idea

2 heaping tbsp peanut butter (smooth)
1/8ish cup milk (I used soy, but debated using chocolate almond)
6-8 dates, chopped however fine you like
chocolate chips and vanilla extract (optional)

Mix peanut butter, almond milk and vanilla until they're evenly distributed and not lumpy.
Add or chop in the dates and mix
Fold in chocolate chips

It's like eating a good granola bar, except sweeter and more peanut butter and I very like it. But it looks sort of mushy.

I don't care if it looks horrible, that sounds delicious.
