I've still seen them here in Oxford, but I thought they were super freak-nasty.

((shudder))

^ I think they are really nice!
The last time I went into H&B the freezer was broken. I hope they aren't discontinued.

I sometimes grab them because I'm always on the go and don't often have time to cook... Not seen them in over a month

They haven't been in my local H&B since they moved to a bigger shop down the road.

They're the ones I'm thinking of, yeah. I miss the porkless pies.

I like most of the H&B pastry things. They certainly had them in the Oxford Street, London branch last month. They were selling them hot too. Yum!

I had one in sheffield a while ago, I like the sausage roll - although a vegetarian friend once said in their scotch eggs the meat seemed more realstic than the (real) egg which was aparently rubbery and nasty. I buy them if I'm hungry and shopping
I bet they'd be much improved hot though!

I always think H&B is confusing the way it puts all it's vegan/specialist food in a freezer/chiller right at the back - honestly I didn't even notice it for months!

I bought some from H&B in Lincoln last week. I like the No Chorizo one best. The Tandoori one was a big disappointment. Very bland.

I love them! My local h and b has started selling them recently when they didn't before, so I assume they haven't been discontinued.

The shop on high street ken sometimes has them for 20p a pop within a couple of days of sell by date

I love the steakless bake and no chorizo and bean, the sausage roll is not bad either. I had one on Friday they are only in certain Holland and Barrets that I've seen though.

What's a pasty? In the US a pasty is a small piece of material that women use to cover their nipples.

They're pastries typically filled with meat and root vegetables. They're found in some parts of the USbefore I went vegetarian I would eat them every time my family went camping in Michigan's upper peninsula. I wish we had a commonly available vegan version here.
