i wanted to tell everyone about protein drinks. i startd deinking them last week, and my hands that started being sore from being on the computer, stopped being sore...... so... keep it in the back of your head if something starts hurting, you might need protein, i drink soy protein shakes (i had no idea that my body needed protein, i just tried everything, and drinking a protein shake was a shot in the dark, or so i thought)

anyhoo, my new site follows me around, go look at it
