Hi,

I have never seen Errin spelled with 2 "R"s. Make sure to take supplements of B-12 and flaxseeds for omega-3 fatty acids.

Yes! Like someone else said, take your supplements!

I was stubborn, thought that I didn't need to. I ended up low in B12 and Iron. Don't be like me kids! (Stay off of crack?)
