Yes, when you add more fiber-rich foods to your diet, such as fresh fruits, veggies, beans and whole grains, you're going to notice a difference. As you continue to eat such whole foods and omit meats and processed foods from your diet, your body will gradually adjust to your new diet.<br><br><br><br>
