Hi. I stopped eating meat about 4 or 5 years ago and went completely vegan about a year ago. I was never a big fan of meat and have been 'playing around' with vegetarianism since I was about nine, but being so young and not having a lot of support from my family, it didn't stick. Even though I actually have a dairy intolerance, becoming vegan took a little more will-power (it was the cheese that got me, mostly). I consider it one of the best decisions I've ever made. It has had so many positive effects on both my physical and mental/emotional well-being. I used to have a lot of food issues that are completely gone now that I'm vegan. I no longer feel guilty or grossed-out by when I eat; instead I feel happy and empowered. And I don't feel sick after I eat (because of the dairy intolerance thing, I guess, I almost always felt sick after I ate).

Hi, vegan is the best decision but i hope you do it not only for yourself. The Animals should stand at first of the vegan life your healthy should stand in the background.
