This is a great site, but it seems as if i'm looking for more advice than i'm dishing out of experience. no big deal. I'm really hoping to stay neutral and keep on eating healthy i have a lot of great ideas for snacks but for meals i'm kindave at a stand still. dinner is hard to come past. I also enjoy a lot of environment ideas which is good i guess as it can be, i keep saying it won't get better till it gets good for the environment. that's no big deal. i hope you all welcome me to these forums i'll sure to be encouraging as well as comfortable. I take in a lot of activities on my own and one of those is going to church, i do enjoy the sports and football season is just starting up, not that i play, but i love lifting them weights. I have a sure fire method of living out a healthy life, and that is just to keep monitoring what i fill my stomach with, and if it ain't hunger it's thirst. So hope you all have a great day, as for me, i waited two or three weeks to introduce myself, because i thought it was cool to do so on this day. It's my 26 year birthday. I'm having a great time, and hope you can join me on this day to enjoy it too, the day that is. hope you all have fun out there, keep it real. Jon, Checklist104

Thank you, and i should say i'm looking forward to moving along with vb and meeting new people and gain some more details about why not and why of course to maintain a sound path of foodist.
