OK so I am working my way slowly into more of a vegetarian diet, not that I am a big meat eater anyway. I just need to come up with more options than tofu and quinoa, and things my kids will eat : }
I'm a runner, done several marathons and tons of halfs. Want to do a tri this year. Love yoga and love to hate spin class
Oh and I am a mom and work FT, so I do not have as much time as I want to do all that !!!!!
