I'm back to being a vegetarian again after discovering that I'm severely allergic to meat and cane sugar. The only proteins that agree with me are plant based, with the exception of small amts of dairy. I went vegetarian for a 1 year five years ago, and couldn't stick with it. I'm hoping that this time I can stick with it, and am at the point in my life where I feel confident that I can make Vegetarianism a permanent part of my life. The sugar allergy complicates things abit, and can be a challenge, but I'm learning ways to get around it. I may eventually go Vegan, but am concentrating on cutting all meat and sugar out of my diet for good, and am in no rush to do so. Have a great evening everyone!
