Hello! New member here. I'm a 19 year old guy who just recently turned vegetarian (it's been 10 days now). My reasons for doing so are because of a long line of heart problems in my family, and I don't want to end up continuing the trend. It honestly hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. Along with my new diet, I've been exercising every day and so far I've lost 7 pounds (went from 172 to 165). I feel great, my only worry is that I'm not eating completely right.
