Hey my names sam, and ive wanted to become a vegetarian for a while, and finally descided to do it. I haven't told my family yet because one time i brought it up and my dad said "any kid of mine who doesnt eat meat will no longer be my kid". So ive been doing it discretely, i'll tell everyone once ive done it for a while, so they dont freak about nutrition or anything. So any advice how to hold out from meat until college? (less than a year now) Thanks

Welcome and congratulations on 21 days!

If you are concerned about nutrition, you might try tracking it using a site like sparkpeople.com. You enter the foods and quantities you consume and it calculates everything, gives you daily feedback if you are running a deficiency on anything, and tells you the consequences of continuing a deficiency. It might make it harder for them to object if you can show them you are being mindful of your health and getting everything your body needs.

Congrats on 21 days! That's awesome! For me, the first week or two was the hardest.
As Mojo said, tracking your food intake could help. Sparkpeople is good, or you could even use mypyramid.gov's tracker.
Best of luck in "coming out" with your family, and welcome to the forums!
You might make good use of our "Stupid things omnivores say" thread :p (link to thread)

How sad that your dad is so narrow minded. I hope that doesn't discourage your choice to go veg and I hope your dad becomes a bit more enlightened.

Good luck!
