As a heads up, you will be even healthier to cut all meat out of your diet. I'm not sure if you're still eating fish for protein reasons or deliciousness reasons or what, but I'm shooting down the protein myth first and foremost. Second, I'm shooting down the "fish don't feel pain or fear" myth.
