hey guys as you may know i am 18 and have had a eating disorder for 7 yrs and am having tube feeding from home........... any way i know full recovery is soooooo possible its only a matter of loving yourself and trusting yourself....... deciding to take care of YOU!!!!<br><br><br><br>
i have a few thing that have helped me more than i can say<br><br>
1) a web site called "something fishy" its fantastic<br><br>
2) a great book called " biting the hand that starves you"<br><br>
this is the best book i have ever read ....... it explanes that you are not the eating disorder , you are you and this is a illness that has just consumed you, you arnt the one that is chooing to stave/binge you are just helpless to fight the voice , but this book will help you stand up and fight for what YOU really want<br><br>
please i hope you can get your hands on it<br><br><br><br>
