Signed. I had hermit crabs when I was little and I still had no idea about half of what you posted. I always bought 'em a buddy, but about the water and humidity? No clue. No one really does anything to make the consumer aware of an animal's needs. :\\ It really creates a negative image/impression of the animal: just a product. I'll cut my rant short and just thank you for posting that for us.
