Hello Everyone......I'm really glad to have found you all. This already looks to be a great resource for my newly found dietary change to Veganism. I'll be coming off of the Master Cleanse in the next couple of days. This marks day 19. And i must say it has given me a new perspective on a lot of things and one of the biggest is the types of food i eat. Right now i am very motivated to be a raw vegan. And have been building up my resources for making lots of delicious dishes. I live a very active lifestyle so caloric intake monitoring will be high on my list of observations. I'm really looking forward to eating lots of green super foods and grains.
