do you use any calorie tracking tools to figure out how much you are eating daily?

just in general these foods are good to eat for maintaining weight and upping daily calories: nuts, seeds, avocados, coconut oil, potatoes, pasta

They have calculators online to figure out your BMR and that should give you a rough idea of how many calories you should eat to maintain

Eat an entire bag of vegan cookies. That will do it.

Studies show people who have some extra body have a better chance of surviving if they get in a horrible accident and end up hospitalized! Always a bright side!

Veganmom did you mean BMI? Or what does BMR mean? My height is 1.54 and I weigh 46kg I think my BMI is 22 or 21.

Thanks for the cookie idea, but I have high cholestrol so can't eat too much baked or fried stuff.

Kassandra, at 101 lbs, or your 46 kg, are you even in the correct weight range for your height? I know you struggle (d) with ED, but I'm hoping you're actually eating enough calorie wise. I think it's a good idea to track your calories per day.

thanks Photojess - according to my BMI I am still in my healthy weight but I can't afford to lose more.

IF my ED was kicking in I would have been happy and feeling awesome about all the weightloss and trust me I would not have been "worried" about how much I eat etc.
I would have just carried on losing and feeling awesome.

THAT however is NOT the case. As from the beginning I have tried to maintain and not lose more weight.

I also have however been under a lot of stress lately with people in my family getting sick? Think that also played a huge part.

My friend works for herbex and they do protein shake meal replacements. I am going to get some and drink at least two between my meals. Add some nuts and banana's in and see if that dont help.

Hmmm... I suppose the best thing you can do is look at the nutrition facts. Maybe make a journal? You probably already know, but the daily caloric need for an average person is 2,000 calories, so yea, try to get up there. Yes, my advice sucks, but its the best I can do.

Not at all Marek, does anyone know how many kj's 2,000 calories are?

2000 kilocalories = 8,368,000 joules = 8568kj

Don't thank me, thank Google calculator.

Spoilered for specific BMI and BMR.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Your BMI is 19.4, so yeah, you definitely don't want to lose any more weight

Your BMR is 1256. That's your basal metabolic rate, which is how many calories you would burn if you just lay in bed all day. Since you're really active, you definitely need a lot more than that!!

It will feel like a LOT if you're not used to it, the mind is a funny thing and likes to play tricks that way.
