I posted another thread about saving my dying Wondering Jew, and thanks to your help, I saved two small parts of it and they survived and are doing well. But, I just noticed that there is this white fuzzy/moldy type stuff growing on the top of the soil. The only thing I can think of is that I put some coffee grounds around the plant a few weeks ago. I know that they can become moldy, so is that what happened? Can I just remove the moldy soil and all will be well? Or did I do some irreversible damage to my plant?

So much for this being an 'easy' plant to take care of, lol.

You need to treat it for the mold, or fungus whichever it is.

Also do not put fresh coffee grounds on your plants that take lots of water, coffee does mold fairly easy.

Composted it is great.
