Gluten is from wheat. It's a commen allergen, but not animal derived. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

Gluten is wheat protein. It gives bread dough its 'gooey' quality. Gluten is a concern for many people because it is a common allergen.

Gluten is also what gives seitan its firm goodness, too (seitan is made from gluten flour for the newbies that might not know).<br><br><br><br>
So you can enjoy your potstickers without fear or guilt.... or without giving anyone serious doses of what for. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
