Ok, here's the deal. I'm on some medication (which I really don't want to be on) that makes me sleep 12 hours a day and has made me gain about 15 pounds.

Help me find ways to energize myself! Give me advice on what to eat, what not to eat, how to exercise, supplements, ect.

I think B vitamins are supposed to be good for energy. And complex carbohydrates, like beans/legumes. Maybe taking a brisk walk, now that the weather is getting cooler? It always seems to invigorate me! But I happen to love the cold weather!

My best advice would be to join an exercise group of some sort. This can range from joining an aerobics class, a yoga class, a pilates class, or a martial arts class. I say join an exercise group specifically because it is much easier to stay consistent when you are surrouned by similar people, as opposed to getting a gym membership where you are reliant on self-motivation alone (which don't get me wrong isn't necessiarly bad). The class will probably only require you to go two to three times a week for likely no more than an hour but I am sure it will make a world of difference for you. I joined a Kenpo martial arts class just over two weeks ago, and I can't get enough of it. I felt absolutely amazing from it, and I would consider myself to have been in decent shape before I joined. Regardless of your physical abilities or age, though, joining one of these classes will only make you feel better physically and most importantly mentally. Even at the matrial arts class you would be surprised how many adults there are, in particular those who are over 30 (I'm 20, btw). Best of luck.

Yeah, Do some jumping jacks before breakfast. I think getting the blood pumping helps energize you. I think I'll start that idea. How about 25 jumping jacks after waking up?

GanyGreenBean is right. Exercise first thing in the morning energises and also speeds up your metabolism. Go for a brisk walk, do some aerobic exercises if you feel up to it. Then follow that with a nice big breakfast of fruit, cereal and juice or water.
