Okay, so I'm trying to cut out dairy and eggs totally after about a month of weaning off of them, and I'm good on everything... except breakfast. I normally have a bowl of mueslix for breakfast, but I think it's gross without milk, and therefore the milk with the cereal has been the only dairy product I haven't gotten off of. SO! I know there are milk substitutes out there, like soy and rice milk, but I don't know which one to go with. With all the weirdness around soy milk, I'd rather not go that route (lots of people I know have had adverse stomach reactions to soy milk as well, and I don't have a very tough stomach...). I drink skim milk, as I don't like how thick other milks are. What substitute should I go with?
