hi i was wondering if any1 could please tell a good multivit to take as i have recently joined a slimming club and i am struggling with the veggie meals im suppsoed to eat, to be honest with you its kindda putting me off vegtables which isnt great,ive found myself avoiding them at all costs at the moment and seem to be subsituting them for nuts/seeds/cereal/apples and nothing much else,i have been feeling rough and lightheaded the last couple ov days and feel i need to be giving my body a bit ov a vitamin boost!! any suggestions please xxx

what sort of meals are they giving you? Veggie meals are generally pretty healthy anyway, if you cook them yourself and are aware of the amount of fats etc you put in.

If you are eating well, the only things you need worry about are vitamin B12 and vitamin D (unless you live in a tropical climate). If you can't find a good one in your health store, <a href="http://www.vegetarianvitamin.com" target="_blank">www.vegetarianvitamin.com</a> sells a good range.
