Okay, so, for easter, I'm maing chocolate-covered Peanut butter eggs. The recipe I have called for 8 ounces of semisweet chocolate. I don't eat the refined sugar in the semisweet chocolate squares so I looked it up, read you could substitute 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 square of unsweetened chcolate, and put a half cup of sugar and all 8 oz. of the squares in my double boiler plus two tbsp. coconut oil (instead of shortening) to melt. The chocolate has melted, but the sugar relaly isn't dissolving. Is it going to? When? What can I do to fix this situation?? Help!!!!
