I'm brand new to this, just wanted to say hi. I started on 12-1-06, as a new way of life. Much of the food I find tastes better than the garbage I used to eat. I went from McD's food, and junk food straight over to nothing but fruits&veggies. I hear alot about the body "detoxing" for a day or 2, and I am feeling quite ill, (flu like symptoms) but no meds, just as much greens as I can get. I have many reasons for doing this, health being the biggest. Just wanted to introduce myself...Im sure I'll have some questions along the way. Hi everyone.
