please sorry in advance for any mistake with my english

So I began a vegan diet in 2017 just to try, and since then I've been switching sometimes to vegetarian
I admit I feel guilty to drink milk after I saw some documentaries that show the process and the life of the cow. I don't like soy milk but i adapted to it
Sometimes (once in a year, usually) i've been feeling like i needed cheese or meat
Never had meat because now i can't really tolerate it, but I have small pieces of cheese sometimes or eat pizza
I am tolerant with meat-eaters, but i've been trying to introduce some of them to veggie recipes and animal rights

Still, i wish I entered the vegan world before, because it made me a little bit aware of a lot of things
