I am a backsliding veggie! I was a vegetarian for about 5 years and about 6-9 months of that was eating no animal products at all. I then fell off of the veggie wagon. I really wanted to lose more weight after a long plateau so my personal trainer wanted me to be on a low carb diet. I still didn't lose the weight and I felt so bad about myself. I am back to eating a plant strong diet and am trying to put last year behind me.
