I just posted in another section of the forum and decided I should properly introduce myself. I was a vegetarian for 5 years and then due to circumstances out of my control have eaten meat for the past 2 years. I have recently had a revival of all that was good in my life during those 5 years which has steered me back on course. I have been diving headfirst into eating healthy and tasty vegetarian foods and really pushing myself to cook more and try new recipes. I've been perusing these forums for the past couple weeks and they have really helped in my recent transformation. I look forward to posting more and contributing to this great community!
