Hello everyone, I am new to this board and happy to be here. I have been vegan since 2007, was vegetarian before on and off since my early 20's. I am also a World Peace Diet Facilitator and soon to be health coach with emphasis on the vegan lifestyle. I look forward to read all your comments and participate.

Hello and welcome to Veggieboards, fellow vegan.

Can you elaborate some more about being a World Peace Diet Facilitator? It sounds quite promising.

Hi Vincent sure it is a certification that i took which enables me to discuss the principles of Veganism discussed in the book "The World Peace Diet" written by Dr Will Tuttle. It is an amazing program which helped me to better define how to speak to people about Veganism and animal rights. I also have a certification from Cornell on plant based nutrition (T. Colin Campbell's program, as per his work with The China Study).

I'm not sure I follow what it means that you have a certification which enables you to discuss the principles of veganism. Why do you need a certificate to do that? Also, why is it called "The World Peace Diet"?
