Hello,

My name is J. I'm 22 and today I've made the decision to go vegan. I've been dealing with weight issues since I was a child. When I was 21, I weighted a whopping 330 pounds. Today, I am 230 pounds. However, I notice that it is becoming harder for me to lose weight. I've been yo-yo dieting and I'm sick of it. I'm ready to shed the founds for good and truly change my life. I've always been attracted to the Vegan lifestyle. I always desired to one day find the courage to drop all meats and unhealthy foods alone. Today, I woke up and I found that courage.

I will be using this forum and asking you guys questions...

Hello and welcome to Veggieboards, new vegan.

Maybe you could include some raw food meals into your daily regime, these will probably make you feel fuller, quicker, and can also be useful for weight loss.
