Hi, I'm Vicki. I've been on this forum before but it was a few years back and i couldn't remember any of my details so i started a new account.

I've been vegan since 2006 due to both food intolerance (dairy) and animal welfare.

I think i'm having issues with soy right now so i thought i'd do a bit of online research to see if i can cut out some soy from my diet. I'm planning in the near future to go see an allergist about the problem but for now i'm searching for recipes.
