Hi everybody! Glad to have found the forum!

I've always considered myself a healthy eater, but recently I really jumped into a vegan lifestyle headfirst. I swapped lifestyles from being paleo to just outright going vegan. I don't eat meat, dairy, grains, or corn and I feel great!

I'm pretty active, fitness-wise. I run about five or more miles and lift weights daily on weekdays combined with martial arts and weapon training.
