I've been a vegetarian for just over two years, and have spent part of that as a vegan. Recently, I've been eating dairy again, but I'm DESPERATELY STRUGGLING to be vegan again because of my beliefs. I fell off the vegan wagon during my recent pregnancy (I have an 8 month old son). I'm still breastfeeding, so perhaps that's part of my problem with the dairy cravings. But, I want very much to embrace the vegan lifestyle again. So, I came on here in the hopes of finding encouragement/support and healthful eating tips.
