gah. seriously. ive been not counting. and loving everything. and realising that its FINE to eat 'a lot' coz its not even a lot<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smitten.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":smitten:"><br><br>
but checked on calories per hour...it sas i burned 1100 calories today?! and it always OVERESTIMATES. thats rmr and activity. WHAT?! ive already eaten over that, i ALWAYS eat well over that.<br><br>
help..help..don't want to go back to counting or restriction ALREADY?!<br><br>
but ..wow...im so ..far over...and i...yeah. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/huh.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":confused:">

wow. deja vu. first time since 'recovery' ive actually lied.<br><br>
took a big bowl of veg. pasta upstairs then decided that after daaaays of being on the safe side of over calorie wise rather than under calorie wise and just kinda winging it, this time id be on the safe side of being under. the pasta's sitting in my room but the veggies are gone. i tipped it out the window?! thats so not 21year old behaviour. lol..
