i live with my parents and two younger brothers, all omnis. yeah we have fruit and veggies, but the kitchen is packed with crackers, chips, bread, basically LOTS of junk food. i plan out my meals every day, but sometimes i need to give in to snacking. i do have one little cupboard filled with stuff for me, right now it contains luna bars, kashi oatmeal, granola, whole wheat pasta, nonparishable things like that. im going on a big food shopping trip in 2 days to get my stuff for the upcoming week, and im sick of snacking on unhealty foods. i'm going to shaws and i believe that they have a large natural foods section. what are some healthy, preferably vegan (im thinking about making the transformation to it!), low calorie nonperishable snacks?
