Has anyone else suffered headaches after consuming soya products? I'm experimenting this month and planning to have a vegan April to see how it goes, but I've had several bad headaches after consuming soya milk. I am generally not headache prone at all...I do use soya with added sugar but I am a bit of a sugar fiend and it doesn't normally affect me that way (I know, I know I'm planning on cutting down on the sugar but one thing at a time!)<br><br>
I've switched to oat milk which IMO tastes better anyway but my area is not great for vegan food so I am probably going to have to rely on soya for quite a lot...incidentally though I haven't had tofu recently I have ate a lot in the past and never noticed a problem. Or is this just maybe caused by the dietary change rather than the actual soya? Apologies if this has been asked, I did a wee search and couldn't see anything.<br><br>
