Hi everyone, I'm new here and I just turned vegetarian 2 weeks ago. I have a question I would like to ask you guys.

I've been having headaches since a week after I turned vegetarian. It's not a severe headache but it's just annoying. I also constantly hear this noise in my ears. It's kinda like I've been standing too close to something that's been producing a lot of noise, like a speaker or something. I don't know how to explain this properly, but can someone please help me out.

Are you eating enough? Can you give us some sort of an example of how much you're eating in a day? And of what? Not eating enough can give you wicked headaches, even if it SEEMS like a lot of food, plant matter is less calorically dense than animal matter.

Second, maybe you're just having a cold or something. Congestion can cause tinnitis (ringing in the ears), and headaches and pain.

Make sure you are eating protein, carbs and good fat. And drink 2 liters of water per day! That is usually where I get my headaches, being dehydrated..

Did you stop drinking caffeine too?

Well, I think I'm eating enough. I never really ever have the feeling that I'm hungry and I never drink coffee and other drinks with caffeine in them. I'll just try to drink more water from now on and see how that works out. Thanks for your input.
