it was part of a joke to try on some girls' jeans a few weeks ago and I went through it. ever since that time, I kinda wanted too have a pair for myself and get to try them out.

to make a long story short, I have a couple of pairs now and even though I'm a guy, I love them!

seriously, I love how they make my legs look...makes me feel even better about myself. they're also really comfortable and I like how they don't ride up like most guys pants I've worn.

I also have been trying to find tighter/slimmer guys pants, but they're too hard to find or too expensive - at least for me.

one last thing that I really love about them is how they sit much lower on my waist.

so now I have two pairs of flares that I've worn this week and I am not afraid to wear them!!!

What do you guys think about this?

I love bellbottoms on men (or women). I'm a gal who's been wearing nothing but bellbottom long pants for the past 5+ years, and I never intend to go back!

Men in bellbottoms are more rare, I think that's one reason (among many) I love the newer garage rock bands so much. Because so many of them wear big flares on their jeans!

I don't really think anything of it, but now I have this stuck in my head:

I used to wear boys jeans all the time..but now that i'm more curvier (read: fat) guys jeans have too long of a crotch. My balls aren't that large
I love you.
I know what you mean. But, I've had women's pants that are like that, or with a huge butt on them! Funky proportions.

I've been in topics like this, but this is the only one that doesn't have any negative replies! I'm surprised.

I think it's entirely silly that people get so weirded out over guys wearing pants that are labeled women's. There are a ton of women who wear men's pants. Silly gender stereotypes.
Men gotsta be macho!!

I can't say I'm much of a fan of girl’s jeans. I don't like the look of them. Much like you I tried them on as a joke, except for me they felt awful. It felt like pants were trying to slowly crush my balls. But hey if you like wearing girl’s pants, more power to you. It's all about preference but I'll be sticking to jeans that aren't all up on me.

i prefer guys' jeans to girls' jeans... on myself. i think girls' jeans look pretty awesome on guys, actually. at least, the guys i've seen them on, which is a total of like, two.

I don't see a problem with that.
I sometimes try to get Mr. Meatless to try on/purchase women's clothing that is ambiguous (i.e. pleather trench coat, corduroy jeans), simply because he's not a big guy and sometimes men's stuff is too big on him. He staunchly refuses to even consider it.

Guys shouldn't be wearing any girl's clothes, it's unnatural and wrong. The only acceptable appearance for guys should be thick camo pants, plain t-shirt covering a muscular torso, preferably with a "I hate them gays" tattoo, and a really short haircut.

Shouldn't you really have posted this in the "What are you wearing?" thread?

not every guy can pull off girls jeans, but if you look good and you like it then go for it! i've got a few guy friends that wear girl pants, and i must say its pretty sexy.

especially black pleather.

I tried on mens jeans once and loved them. I don't know why they can't make womens jeans the same cut. I say if girls can wear boy's stuff, there's nothing wrong with boys wearing girls jeans
