I understand that if you eat a healthy and varied diet you don't really need vitamins, but I don't eat a healthy and varied diet all the time, plus I have some other health concerns.

I am looking for a gummy or other tasty chewable multivitamin because the ones that are made to swallow are too big and hurt my throat. Obviously I don't want true gummy because of the gelatin.

Suggestions please! I will probably have to buy online.

Also, in what form do vegans take B12 supplements? sublingual? I know a lot of you use nutritional yeast flakes. I've tried those on some recipes that call for them and I didn't like them. Is there a capsule of these?lol

I am so thankful for this post. I havent been taking vitamins for the longest time.
I saw this and ordered two multi-vitamins and a vitamin D "gummy" vitamin.
no gelatin finally !
